Mr. Cruse currently serves as the President of a national multi-site, retail dental organization.
In his role, Mr. Cruse oversees the operations and strategy of the organization as well as ensuring that the management company, and its affiliated dental care centers, provide access to vital dental services for children and adults in underserved areas. Today, the care delivery organization is comprised of 82 oral health centers nationwide, including the nation’s first dental accountable care organization.
Prior to his current role, which began in 2013, Mr. Cruse led a health care consulting firm with an emphasis on government-sponsored health care programs. Additionally, he spent eight years as the SVP of Development and Government Affairs at CSHM, the nation’s second largest Medicaid-focused dental practice management firm. Mr. Cruse was a member of former Tennessee Gov. Don Sundquist’s Cabinet, serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Assistant to the Governor for Legislation.
Mr. Cruse earned a Bachelor of Science in communication and political science from Middle Tennessee State University.
