Wesley Mason

Wes Mason, Founder and Chief Executive Officer-Meridian Behavioral Health Systems: Wes has over eighteen years of executive experience in behavioral health. Wes has worked for many large private and publically traded behavioral health care systems in both operations and executive management positions. Under Wes’s leadership, Meridian Behavioral Health Systems, LLC (“MBHS”) was formed in 2012 by experienced hospital operators and healthcare investors to take advantage of the current general shortage of psychiatric and behavioral health beds in the United States. MBHS can provide the full spectrum of behavioral health services for all populations including: inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, substance abuse rehabilitation and alternative educational programs. Since its founding in 2012, MBHS has gone through rapid growth with seven facilities (Northlake Behavioral Health System, Seacoast Youth Academy, Red River Youth Academy, Volunteer, Youth Academy, and Williamston Youth Academy (Pine Grove and Riverbend(2017), and over 600+ combined beds, added since 2013. MBHS is poised to capitalize on the current national focus on private behavioral health facilities and providers.
