No, there is a big difference between the two! Hemp seed oil is from the pressed seeds of the hemp plant. While nutritious, hemp seed oil does not contain any great number of cannabinoids. Hemp CBD oil is made from an extract of the hemp plant that is then blended with a carrier oil. We extract our CBD from the whole hemp plant, and we use USDA-certified organic MCT oil from virgin coconuts as our carrier oil.

The hemp that we source is full spectrum and grown in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Therefore, our products will always be below 0.3% THC. Consuming even small quantities of THC regularly via a CBD product could potentially lead to a failed drug test. However, low-quality CBD products may contain more traces of THC than they claim, which is why you should always check third-party verified lab results.
