DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake well. Squeeze one full dropper under tongue. Hold for 20 seconds then swallow. Take first thing in the morning. Repeat as needed, day and night.
Please note: All of our tinctures come in 30ml bottles, meaning that one full dropper of our 1000mg tincture contains 33mg of hemp-derived CBD which is a great starting amount. It’s important to know that everyone metabolizes hemp-derived CBD differently. Most people get the desired result from one dropper; others require less (half a dropper or 16.5mg of CBD). If you have never used a hemp CBD tincture or know you are sensitive to it, you may want to start with half a dropper (16.5mg) initially. It may take some testing to determine what the right amount is for your body, based on your goals.
